At a minimum exercise helps you stay fit, gets rid of extra weight, extends and improves the quality of life,
increases self esteem, and improves heart and lung function just to name a few. At best exercise “gives you wings”.
Sixty-five percent of the American adult population is overweight or obese, and 40% of the deaths in the U.S.
can be attributed to complications caused by lack of physical activity. All this begs the question, “If we’re
so smart, how come we’re so fat?”
While most people are aware of the benefits of exercise, few are able to stick with it until they see major
results. Ninety-nine percent of the people who begin an exercise program quit within the first year never
achieving their potential.

- HR Monitor Education -- If you own a heart rate monitor, I will show you how to put it to good use in your training.
- Exercise Education -- You will not only receive personalized exercise guidance to help you achieve your specific goals, but I will also explain the reason behind each workout. My goal is that within three months you will have a basic understanding of how exercise helps you get stronger, faster and more fit, and be able to design your own exercise program that will show results.
